Appointments are available by phone, email, contact form, or fitting booking. Monday to Friday we work by appointment from 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday is by appointment.

We first assess the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit before preparing a quote. For redesign projects, concept approval is required before work begins.

Yes, a fit check is included at collection. If a small final adjustment is needed, it is handled carefully without changing the agreed design.

Yes, garment redesign and upcycling are shaped by the fabric that is already available. Usable material, damage, grain, and construction can limit the final result.

We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.
